This is a content-rich course....take it at your own pace!

There is lifetime access to these sessions once you have joined the course, so please do know there is NO such thing as 'falling behind' ! Take plenty of time, re-visit your favourites and remember to have fun. 

I am including lots of different mixed media techniques so if my choice of prompt or topic for a session doesn't suit you then hopefully you will still come away with a fresh way to use your materials and can utilise that into your own subect or interpretation.

​Journalling is often personal, but many of you welcome the opportunity to share parts of your work with like-minded souls. I would be delighted if you feel inclined to do so in my Facebook group which is a safe space for us all- I monitor posts closely and encourage creative of all levels to share their journey.

You are welcome to share your work on you own social media too-I would love a tag or a mention if you feel inclined to invite others to join my classes, but it is not required-your work is your own!

I will include a supplies list with suggested alternatives for each session, but please use what you have and have fun experimenting. If you have any questions at all please do leave a message or comment and I will do my best to help and advise.
